Flowr Corp continues to see members of the management team leave the company
The Flow Corporation (TSXV: FLWR) continues to see members of management jump ship as the company struggles to find a way forward. The firm said this morning that two of its independent directors have resigned from the board.
Maurice Levesque leaves the board, which is the independent lead director of the company as well as the chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee, and also sits on the audit committee and the human resources and compensation committee . Don duet, who sits on the same three boards and chairs the human resources and compensation committee, is also about to leave.
The departure of the two directors follows the resignation of Darryl Brooker as CEO of the company in March, after which Tom Flow was named interim CEO. The company’s chief financial officer, John Chou, also recently left the company in May, citing medical reasons.
The Flowr Corp last traded at $0.03 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
